    The Initial Phone Call.

    We want your marketing consultation to be a very valuable experience. We suggest scheduling a 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, Masha will listen to your thoughts, plans and ask about your expectations as well as get a sense of your home’s layout, features, and current condition. Masha can also answer any concerns about the sales process. Taking this time to learn about each other will help us better prepare for our more in-depth marketing consultation in your home.     The First Meeting.Your Home. Our Experience. A Great Partnership Has Formed.

    This time together is designed to be as comprehensive and educational for you as it is for us. Masha will answer all of your questions and her client care manager will begin to collect initial marketing information in an effort to determine if we are a good fit for you and design a creative marketing agenda for your home sale. This initial meeting can take between 60-90 minutes or less.


    When we meet we will discuss and do the following:

    • I will tour your home and ask questions about the property.
    • I will arrive armed with information from searching comparable properties enabling me to give you a snapshot of the market.
    • We will discuss the ideal time for your sale

    What you do to prepare your home for sale is very important. I will share my thoughts on preparing your home for the market. My suggestions will range from painting and carpet changes to yard work and in between. I am happy to share the names of tradesmen to complete these tasks for you and will schedule/ oversee their work.

    Partnering with you, I will set a date to personally work in your home to streamline and stage your residence. Model home are used by builders to help buyers envision themselves in a well-cared for home where furniture and accessories are placed to their best advantage. The reason they do it? It works!


    Our first listing consultation will be an open dialogue for you to ask about my process and for me to understand your motivation for selling. Collaboration and communication will be the cornerstones of our working relationship.
