Blessing Baskets
We are so honored & excited to be hosting our 2nd Annual Blessing Basket collection. Thanksgiving is a time for family, food, gratitude, and giving. As the Holiday approaches, we are aware again of the many families in our community who experience food insecurity and who would appreciate your blessing! We are collecting Blessing Baskets for Thanksgiving! If you are able, we would love for you to join us & donate a basket ! If the “Season of Giving” is INSPIRING you, ask a few friends to go in with you and donate a few baskets! The need is real.
Our Goal : To Bless 50 Families with a Thanksgiving Family Meal!
What is a Blessing Basket….?
…Everything a family will need to have a Thanksgiving meal!
Provide a laundry basket and fill it with “All the Fixin’s” !
Please include a gift certificate to a local grocery store for a turkey, cans of corn, green beans, and cranberries, boxes of stuffing and mashed potatoes, a can of gravy, a can of cream of mushroom soup, a box of muffin or biscuit mix, and a non perishable dessert. ** Donors can also put their own spin on a basket and include pet food and toys, clothing, etc.
Who receives them?
We are proud to be working with Table NC again this year!
Since 2008, Table has Delivered healthy food and nutrition education to children in Orange County,NC. Sadly there is a waitlist of children in need.

Last year our community REALLY SHOWED UP! We had a great Friends-Giving Celebration & fed SO MANY families ! Let's Go BIG & do it again this year!
The need is great!
We would love to have you involve YOUR workplace, family,place of worship, community & friends! Ask them to join us!
Share this info with them and ask them to join you in our Blessing Basket Drive! You could join together to fulfill the list provided to bring a "Happy Thanksgiving" to several families in need!.
We will gift them with a holiday pie too!
