Annual Bulls Game 2025!

We just celebrated our FOURTH annual Durham Bulls Family Night at the DBAP! It was a HOT but fantastic evening filled with great company, local flavor, and America’s favorite pastime! We had AMAZING seats behind home plate where everyone enjoyed premium covered seating, delicious ballpark snacks, and the energetic atmosphere that only a live baseball game can offer. Those handy fans were a HUGE hit! It was a perfect opportunity to connect with our FANS- All of you are great friends! We really appreciate your support over the years and love thanking you with awesome gatherings!

The game itself didn’t disappoint, with the Bulls putting on an exciting performance that kept the crowd entertained until the final inning. Beyond the action on the field, the evening was marked by engaging conversations, plenty of laughs, and a shared sense of community- not to mention some DE-LISH tacos! . From the moment the popcorn started popping to the final scene of Thunderbolts on the big screen, the day was filled with laughter, great company, and unforgettable moments. DIY Soap and Shine Party!

We had such a vibrant, sensory-filled adventure at our April Bee in Community event, where creativity and connection bubbled up! We took over The Soap and Shine, Chapel Hill University Place's most aromatic new hotspot, for a morning of DIY magic. Watch as owner Brianna Cherner and her talented team guide us through the art of crafting colorful bath bombs and personalized lip balms! From kneading vibrant doughs and selecting from an intoxicating array of scents to pouring shimmering lip balm concoctions, this event was a feast for all the senses. The room erupts with laughter as our community members transform into cosmetic chemists for the day! Valentine's Sip N Snack Soirée!

Love was in the air at our annual Valentine's Sip N Snack gathering, where twenty-one wonderful friends came together for an afternoon of laughter, treats, and heartwarming connections. The room buzzed with joy as we shared this special celebration!

The scene was set with delectable charcuterie boards crafted by the talented team at Meat and Graze, complemented by a refreshing selection of non-alcoholic spritzers that added a sophisticated touch to our festivities. Our guests couldn't help but smile as they donned whimsical floating heart headbands and rose-tinted sunglasses, bringing an extra dose of Valentine's charm to the celebration.

Every detail was thoughtfully curated to spread love and friendship. Each guest went home with heart-shaped Reese's treats and special Galentines Date Coupons, encouraging them to continue the celebration with their friends throughout the year. The afternoon was made even more magical thanks to Anne Marie Schneider and our radiant co-hostess, Kinsey Winnerstrom from The Frank Rexford Mortgage team at CIMG Mortgage, who showcased their expert rose-wrapping skills!

Masha's Annual Friendsgiving & Blessing Basket Event!

What an incredible time we had at our recent Friendsgiving event! We gathered at the Village West Clubhouse, where the energy was filled with great conversations, hearty laughter, and friendship. It was such a joy to see so many generations of friends and family coming together to celebrate.

As we snacked and sipped on light refreshments, the apple pie stole the show – it was the clear crowd favorite and most requested treat! We hope you’ll savor those sweet bites!

The fun didn’t stop there! Guests were thrilled to win amazing raffle prizes – Robert Hawkins took home the large gourmet basket, and Sharon Campbell was the lucky one to win the hot chocolate gourmet basket!

For the little ones (and the young at heart!), we streamed Inside Out 2 on the big screen TV by the cozy fireplace. It was so heartwarming to see their faces light up with excitement!

Our AMAZING BEE-Together Group had a magical day at Sunshine Lavender Farm's "Farm Day Open House"! Here’s the essence of our crisp fall adventure, where we delved into the world of lavender, creating our own sachets under Annie's expert guidance. Watch as we explore the farm's charming hen coop, share laughs with friends, and even try our hand at silk scarf-making using organic herb dyes. The day was made even sweeter with apple cider and mouthwatering donuts from Durham's beloved MONUTS! Take Me Out to the Ball Game- A Night with the Durham Bulls!

What a spectacular evening we had at our latest "Bee-Together" VIP event! We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend time with our wonderful clients (who we're proud to call friends) than at a Durham Bulls game.

The energy was electric as we gathered at the ballpark, ready for a night of baseball, great company, and delicious treats. Of course, no baseball game is complete without some mouthwatering stadium food. We indulged in the famous Boom Boom Dogs, Burritos, and cooled off a hot summer evening with some creamy ice cream. It was the perfect combination!

While our beloved Bulls may not have clinched the win this time, the real victory of the night was the time we spent together. There's something magical about sharing the ups and downs of a baseball game with friends, both old and new. The camaraderie in the stands was palpable, reminding us why we love hosting these events so much.

As if the evening wasn't already perfect, we were treated to a dazzling firework display to cap off the night. The bursts of color lighting up the sky were a fitting finale to such a memorable event.

Last week, we gathered at Cugino Forno in the heart of downtown Durham to enjoy a belated Pi Day with several of our “Bee Together “Members. We filled a table with laughter, Great conversation, and of course pizzas! From the Bianca to the Funghi to the Napoletana, our stomachs were filled with a variety of delicious slices; and a few delicious salads! . As the night drew to a close, our hearts were full, our bellies content, and our faces filled with smiles.

Our VIP Salsa Dance class at Elite Ballroom was a smashing success! Many thanks to Inga, our FABULOUSLY talented dance instructor for leading us through the SALSA & BACHATA. She guided us through the steps and , with salsa music on, we all learned to SALSA ! It was so much fun to dance with everyone who joined us! We laughed, danced, and twirled away the morning! Friends-Giving Brunch

This past weekend we hosted our 18th ( yes, 18th ) Annual Friends-Giving Gathering! Families and friends go to tour our new office space near Streets of Southpoint in Durham. Many laughs, hugs and great conversations were shared.

Brava An Italian Wine Tasting with Masha!

Our third “Bee Together” gathering was an amazing time! 15 of our clients gathered at The Wine Feed on October 7th in downtown Durham to experience wines from Italy paired with delicious bites. Our guests enjoyed sipping, swirling, and sniffing two different red wines as well as two different white wines. Erin, who led our tour of Italy was incredibly helpful in describing where each wine came from as well as what notes our guests should be seeking out.

Yappy Hour- Pups and Pints!

We had a doggone great time at our Yappy Hour | Pups & Pints gathering this past Thursday at Durty Bull Brewing company! Durty Bull Brewing provided a wide variety of drinks including slushies, kombuchas, and even a custom "breed-themed" flight. We were joined by our VIP two legged and four legged friends. It was great fun to relax and enjoy time together. The pups got to cool down with pupsicles from our local LocoPops! Four of our lucky guests won gift certificates to some of our favorite Durham restaurants- Dashi, Mateo’s, Grub, and Nikos.

Strike Up Some Fun with Masha

Saturday July 15 our guests enjoyed a morning of bowling- and many laughs- as we escaped the heat and hit the lanes! Spreading out over SIX lanes we gathered at Mardis Gras Bowling Alley in Chapel Hill. A fun time was had by all as little ones were introduced to the ball and pins, and others recalled childhood bowling parties!

After some 'warm up turns' we all hit our strides. It was so fun to see the excitement of strikes, the twisting and turning of bodies wishing the ball to stay away from gutters, and the congratulations being shared between friends! We turn out to be a very COOL group of bowling folks!

We hosted our second “Bee Together” gathering this weekend at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park! We enjoyed a baseball game, after game fireworks, seeing Ripken the bat dog, ice cream, and of course it wouldn’t be complete without a “Boom Boom Dog” which is a cheeto topped hot dog. Our clients received their latest swag of our Bee Together T-shirt and of course a baseball game wouldn’t be complete without a baseball cap!

Our VIP Coffee Tasting Experience!

We were happy to host our VIP clients to a coffee tasting experience at Carrboro Coffee Roastery. Scott taught us about the whole process from planting and growing, picking and processing to getting the magical bean water to your cup. We got to taste 5 different types of coffee and we even worked together to create a 30th Anniversary Blend that I sent home with everyone. Thanks again to Frank Rexford, Ola Stinnett and Scott and his team at Carrboro Coffee for this amazing coffee experience.

Our Special Cocoa Mug packages were filled by Mary with delicious hot cocoa, Super Fun Unicorn Poop Rainbow Marshmallows, and OF COURSE chocolate hearts! Surprising our Clients with a S'mores Pop-By!

This past October, we wanted to do something special to connect with our clients while still maintaining a Covid-safe distance! S'mores felt like an appropriate nod to the end of summer and hello to cooler weather, so we worked with a local artisan bakery to assemble some delicious treats for our client family. Our gift bags also included a s'more cookie recipe card for even more fun at home and a coloring activity for families with younger kids!

We then took a little road trip and drove to our client's homes to drop off the treat bags on their porch. We had a nice surprise as well as we were able to see a few clients who were home or working in their yards as we dropped off their treat bags. Even though it was a quick hello or wave from a safe distance, it’s always great to see our friends. Thank you to all our clients who connected with us after receiving their bags and sending pictures of their family's enjoying their treats. That meant so much to us!

It was so wonderful to host our annual Pie Party in person (and outdoors) this year! It was a chilly day, but gorgeous weather! We gifted over 70 pies to clients & we really enjoyed our visits with everyone that “popped by”! Strawberry Fields Forever

After nearly a year of not being able to see our wonderful clients in person for our appreciation events, getting together outdoors was a great way to get to see your smiling faces and support our local agriculture scene. It was an absolutely beautiful day at Waller Family Farm and the strawberries our clients picked looked delicious! YAPPY HOUR!

It was a very “Yappy” Hour indeed at our Client Appreciation Event at Al’s Burger Shack in Southern Village. The weather was gorgeous and the food was delicious! Our clients enjoyed good company and terrific burgers while their furry family members snacked on treats & enjoyed meeting each other! THANK YOU to everyone who came and made the event such a fun time. We are so thankful to have you as clients — it is always so nice to catch up with each and every one of you! And we LOVED meeting your pets. A special thank you to Al Bowers of Al’s Burger Shack for making this event possible. We look forward to a future Yappy Hour!

Top of the Hill Distillery Appreciation Event

Our Client Appreciation Event at Top of the Hill Distillery was SO MUCH FUN! What a joy it was to see past and current clients enjoying both each other’s company AND an excellent tour, spirit tasting and appetizers provided by TOPO Distillery (plus the delicious pizza we brought from Alfredo’s :-).

We want to send a big THANK YOU to everyone who came and made the event ten times more special. We are so thankful to have you as clients — it is always so nice to catch up with each and every one of you!

Our 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Pie Appreciation Event 2013

We are excited to share that we had an excellent turnout for our 2nd Annual Client Appreciation Thanksgiving Pie Event!! We handed out more Thanksgiving Pies this year and had a chance to speak with each of you. It was REALLY nice to catch up with everyone! What a treat for me to see how much some of your children have grown, and how well WE are all “holding up”. One of THE most exciting things that came out of this event was being able to introduce so many of you to each other! I think at least one ‘future date’ and a few business referrals were exchanged between some of my clients, and a “future get-together” has been put in the works too! Thank you so much for coming out to visit- your friendship is the foundation of my business and I appreciate you all so very much.
