It’s a bit difficult to write a review of Masha without going into some length, just because she is so completely amazing at what she does as a realtor. So, for those who have short attention spans – Masha is a phenomenal concierge level realtor who is involved from start to finish and beyond. SELLING - Masha helped us sell our Chapel Hill Townhome in 2022, during the height of the post-COVID boom. From the start, she was able to make time, accommodate our busy family schedule, and was very thorough and communicative every step of the way. She outlined a strategy complete with dates and timelines, and followed through as promised. She has an amazing and friendly support team that works like a well-oiled machine. When offers started coming in, she identified the strengths and weaknesses, and used her experience in the CH market to advise us about the quality of offers. If offers were not properly formatted, she took care of it. We really just sat back, and chose what we thought was the best. If you’ve ever wanted to say “What would you do? If you (the realtor) were in our situation?”, we also did that, and Masha was able to list the pros and cons and help us make an informed decision. We sold quickly and were super happy, and Masha helped us through any back and forth with the buyers, and tying up loose ends. It’s really about Masha’s accountability, follow-through, expertise and strategy in this case that made us feel like we were well taken care of. I have a bad habit of searching Realtor/Zillow for a few weeks to make sure we got the best deal – I had zero seller’s remorse, which is a credit to Masha’s ability to get it right the first time.

BUYING – in 2023, we were looking at a house and a situation where we were getting ready to move to North Raleigh in preparation for our sons school activities that start in August. While we knew that this would happen, we just happened to be looking and come across a great house in Raleigh. Since Masha is based in Chapel Hill, we debated about whether we should use her vs someone based in Raleigh- we ultimately went with Masha and once again, not one regret at all. It’s a credit to her that she knows not just the CH market, but the North Raleigh Market, and has contacts/professionals she works with that can service all markets. If you’re a buyer from out of town, just know she’s got you taken care of. Once again, the professionalism and systems that she has in place are second to none. It’s amazing how much can be done via texts and emails, and you might think that something would slip through the cracks- not at all. She helped us get to know the sellers situation, and put in an offer that day that had a real chance of being accepted- which it did the next morning. Once again, strategy and timelines- all of it is spot on, and we just closed a few days ago and are super thrilled. And once again, I searched Realtor/Zillow- our offer was right on, and I’ve not found a house that has everything we’re looking for like the one we just got. Masha’s service continues after the sale- she’s been with us with the contractor whos doing some small renovations, she had our inspection report, and continues to advocate for us, far beyond what her obligations are as a realtor. But, that’s Masha- class all the way. She’s earned our trust and support for life- we’ll be using her for any other move (hopefully we won't have to) and would recommend her without reservations to anyone looking for a realtor.
