Pi Day Celebrations
Pi(e) Day is Coming!
Need some ideas for March Celebrations? If you are a Pi Day enthusiast, math nerd, or enjoy the excuse to partake in pizzas, pies, and cookies, check out some Pi Day recommendations below!
Enjoy some “Pi” and support our local pizzerias!
Here are some of our favorites!
In Chapel Hill: Alfredo’s Pizza Villa is located at University Place on Estes Drive. Masha’s favorite is the Gourmet White Pizza with an Antipasto Salad.
In Durham: Randy’s Pizza or Pizzeria Toro
Randy’s has eight locations but we like the Hope Valley Rd spot! Don Vito is Masha’s favorite and a nod to her love of all things “Godfather”!
Pizzeria Toro on Main St in Downtown is a cool nightlife spot with great history!
In Carrboro on Weaver St: Pizzeria Mercato is second to none! Masha’s favorite intimate spot for indoor dining or pickup! Many thanks to clients, David Balshaw & Meg Cohen for turning Masha on to this favorite date night place! Hands Down THE Pizza foodie place NOT to miss!
In Hillsborough: Radius Pizza (bonus points for the additional pun!) Can you have COOL & Family in the same sentence? You sure can! With indoor & outdoor dining it meets everyone’s needs. Located on Churton St. A current menu favorite is the Farmer’s Market Pizza!
Looking for something Sweet? Here are some other businesses aROUND town to support and enjoy!
Guglhupf- locations in Durham and Chapel Hill
The French Corner Bakery near Costco (Durham)
Mad Hatter Cafe + Bakeshop by Duke’s East Campus
The Refectory Cafe on the Durham CH Blvd
Kathleen’s Perfect Pies & Pastries in downtown Historic Hillsborough
Happy Pi Day! I hope you take this opportunity to try a new local place or revisit a favorite for a meal or treat!
